We extend credit for the sample shade cost once we receive a large order from you on these sample shades. The 50% charged will be credited towards the total of your bill.SHIPPING AND DELIVERYDelivery OptionsWe provide various delivery optionsto meet our customersneeds. Elite Decor Delivery Many of our customers get regular, weekly delivery service. Elite Decor provides a service of weekly delivery in the NY Tri-state area. We deliver to the agreed upon location on the specific day of the week that we service their area. There is a weekly fee of $50 on Delivery Day. Orders requested for delivery outside of the weekly delivery day, or for customers who do not get weekly delivery, are subjected to a fee of $90 per delivery, provided the delivery address is the same. We also provide delivery service to your end-customers location and will happily provide a quote for the delivery service, depending on the size of order and the delivery location.UPS /FedEx We will ship you orders via UPS or FedEx (provided it is a permitted size by the carrier). Cost is actual Freight Charge.Truck For large orders that need to be palletized, we will charge the actual Freight Charge, plus a $60 Palletizing Charge.Pickup Customers are also able to come to our Clifton, NJ location to pick up orders at no charge, on the day after their provided completion date. APARTMENT BUILDING PACKING COSTSPacking prices on orders requested to pack by apartment or by floor, will be subject to an additional fee, depending on the amount of shades per floor/apartment. PROCESS OF RETURNSPrior to returning an item for repair, cut-down or credit, you must reach out to our office for an RMA number. Once we receive your RMA, we will address the issue.Each RMA received will be fully inspected. If there is a defect caused by our production process we will either remake or repair the shade at no cost. If there is an installer or customer-caused defect, we will advise you of the cost to fix or replace the shade. If the RMA isnt attached to the returned shade, we will not be responsible for the shade.PROCESS OF MOTOR RETURNS UNDER WARRANTYPrior to returning a motor, you must reach out to our office for an RMA number. Credit is subject to manufacturers warranty. PROCESS OF QUOTE Customer quotes should be sent to our Quote Department at elite.quote@elitedecorinc.com. We will respond within one business day.PROCESS OF ORDERSAll quotes are honored for up to 60 days from the date the quote was sent out.
